2.Technical requirement

（1）机房。The temperature in the equipment room should range from 5 ° C to 40 ° C.The illumination of the equipment room should not be less than 2001x.There should be a fixed single-phase three-wire power socket in the equipment room.The channel to the equipment room should be smooth.The machine room should have gas fire fighting facilities that adapt to the characteristics of the elevator;The brake opener is painted red and hung on an accessible wall;The door of the machine room should be a fire door that opens outwards and should be heavy in the machine room，No entry "sign;Power supply, control cabinet, traction machine number。

(2) Gearbox。The lubricating oil is clean and free of impurities。Replace the corresponding brand of gear oil regularly, and the oil level is within the specified range。The oil temperature should not be higher than 85℃ during operation, the reducer should have no abnormal sound and vibration, no oil seepage, and the oil seepage of the extended end of the worm should not exceed 150cm2/h。

(3) Worm gear and worm。The bearing should maintain a reasonable axial clearance, too much clearance will increase the resistance of the elevator operation, reduce the transmission efficiency of the reducer, and the thrust bearing is easy to heat damage or excessive wear。Excessive wear will cause the elevator to shift significantly when reversing, and measures should be taken to reduce the bearing clearance。The gasket of the bearing end cap and the end face can adjust the axial clearance, and the bearing should be replaced when it cannot be adjusted。If the bearing is not replaced in time, the motor will be affected, the motor bearing will overheat and break, and the coupling spring ring will be damaged by moving in the hole。

(4) Lateral clearance see

(7) Traction wheel。Clean the rope groove.
