1.Speed characteristics, the speed characteristics of the elevator are mainly expressed by the vibration limit.
 (1) Acceleration value The acceleration value during the acceleration of the elevator is determined, and the specified value in our country is L1.5m/s。The elevator should not exceed the regulation during normal operation
(2) Deceleration value Deceleration of the elevator during deceleration (negative acceleration)。The elevator should not exceed the specified value when running, and the specified value in our country is 1.5m/s2。
(3) Starting vibration When the elevator is started, the vibration acceleration caused by the action of solid acceleration。It should not be at the specified acceleration value。
(4) The instantaneous deceleration of the brake vibration elevator when it is still should not be at the specified value。For AC two-speed ladder, allow to slightly dry the speed reduction value of the elevator, for AC speed regulation and DC ladder, should be reduced to the speed reduction value。
(5) Vertical vibration when the elevator is in the process of acceleration and deceleration, the vibration acceleration that occurs in the vertical direction should not exceed the specified value。
(6) Vertical vibration in operation The vibration acceleration that occurs in the vertical direction during the stable operation of the elevator。The value should not exceed the specified value at run time。
(7) Horizontal vibration in operation The vibration acceleration that occurs in the horizontal direction during the stable operation of the elevator。In operation, it should not exceed the specified value, which is no more than 15cm/s2 2 in China.Working noise The noise in the machine room and car when the elevator is running, as well as the noise of the elevator door when it is running, is called working noise。
2.Under normal circumstances, the corresponding specified value should not be exceeded。
(1) The noise limit of the machine room, our country stipulates: the noise meter in the machine room from the ground 1.5m high test 5 points, the average value should be at or equal to 80db.
(2) The limit of noise in the car, our country stipulates: the noise meter is placed in the center of the car, off the ground 1.5m, the measured value should be at or equal to 55dB。
