2.The doors are not closed, but the elevator can be activated on the selected floor。

Troubleshooting methods: ① Door lock KMT contact stick, eliminate or replace the door lock ② door lock relay JMS is stuck, replace the relay JMS;

3.The elevator stops in transit。

Troubleshooting method: the door knife hits the door wheel, the lock arm is removed, the door lock KMT is disconnected, the door lock relay JMS is lost, the elevator stops immediately, and the position of the door lock roller and door knife is adjusted。

4. Elevator failure door。

Troubleshooting method: ① Control circuit fuse 1RD, 2RD or door engine circuit fuse 11RD is too loose or blown，Tighten or replace;② Door drive belt slip，Tighten the belt or replace it;③ Door motor DM damage，The DC voltage between M3 and M4 is 110V，And the door doesn't turn，Description motor damage，Should be repaired or replaced;④ The portal resistance RMD is broken，Replace the resistor RMD;⑤ Individual connecting endpoints (M1 or M2 or M3 or M4) of the door motor circuit are loose and fall off，Tighten to make the line smooth;⑥ Can not open or close the door with the key in the base station，If you short connect 22, 24，The elevator is closed or 22, 32 short connection，Elevator open，The DYK contact of the outside hall key is poor or broken。

5. When the elevator reaches the station level, the elevator will not open the door。

Troubleshooting method: ① The second-level door opening limit of 2KM is damaged, so that the door opening relay JKM can not get electricity, and the elevator can not open the door。38, 01 check to confirm that it can open the door, indicating that 2KM is damaged and 2KM should be replaced;② The permanent magnet relay in the open door area is damaged, so that the open door control relay JMQ can not draw, its normally open contact is still disconnected, the relay JKM can not get power, but can not open the door, replace the permanent magnet relay in the open door area。

6. Press the close button, the door is not closed。

Troubleshooting method: ① The AGM contact of the closing button is poor or damaged，Check and determine at two points 23 and 24，Then repair or replace;② Three level closing limit 3GM damaged，Make the door closing relay JGM not power，The elevator won't close.，Short connection 28, 01 two point test，Ability to close the door，Note The 3GM is damaged，Should be replaced by 3GM;③ Starting door opening relay 1JQ is damaged，But normally open contact 1JQ is still disconnected，JGM can't get power，Can't close the door，Relay 1JQ should be replaced。
